• responsible for sourcing talented candidates through internal databases, group referrals, job portals, internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking.
• sound experience in hiring opt/cpt/ead/h1b/gc/us citizen candidates for marketing and placement in various technologies.
• experience in posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals, maintaining database of resumes.
• conducting preliminary interview and schedule the technical interview with recruiting managers.
• experience in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.
• coordinate with the candidate in collecting all the required documents for validation and on boarding.
• expert in sourcing h1b transfer candidates.
• should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• contact references of consultants and validate the experience
• self-motivated with a high degree of energy to make/receive around 50 calls a day.
• conducting preliminary interviews and scheduling a technical interview with recruiting managers.
• source the technical talent using outside contacts and the internet.
• maintain good relations with existing technical staff and get references from highly skilled consultants.
• scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires.
• willing to work in night shifts.
