Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management and strategic planning of operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing operational processes to ensure productivity and efficiency.

-Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental coordination.

-Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational performance and areas for improvement.

-Support budget planning and cost control measures to improve profitability.

-Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

-Coordinate training and development of operational staff.

-Manage vendor/supplier relationships and oversee procurement processes.

-Provide support in crisis management and contingency planning.

-Act as a liaison between staff and upper management to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
