we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented operations executive to support the day-to-day management and strategic planning of operational activities. the ideal candidate will assist in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across departments to meet organizational goals.

key responsibilities:

-assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing operational processes to ensure productivity and efficiency.

-collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental coordination.

-monitor kpis and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational performance and areas for improvement.

-support budget planning and cost control measures to improve profitability.

-identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

-ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

-coordinate training and development of operational staff.

-manage vendor/supplier relationships and oversee procurement processes.

-provide support in crisis management and contingency planning.

-act as a liaison between staff and upper management to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
