we’re hiring – operation support specialist (full-time)

interserve solutions is a rapidly growing company in the telecommunication industry, serving australian customers and providing internet services across australia.

to support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented operations support specialist to join our team in mohali.

🔍 key responsibilities

manage and support daily operational activities

coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

maintain accurate documentation and reporting

work extensively with microsoft excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

ensure smooth workflow and effective follow-ups with strong communication

✅ candidate requirements

1–2 years of experience in operations or a support role

strong excel skills are a must

excellent english communication skills – both written and verbal

highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player

🕒 shift timing: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

📅 working days: monday to friday

📍 location: mohali
