Job Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments and efficient day-to-day functioning of operations. This includes monitoring the sales team-s performance, managing stock and inventory flow, and supervising dispatch, purchase, and other operational processes to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream

- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in operations or similar supervisory role.

- Knowledge of stock management, logistics, and purchase coordination will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Proficient in Google sheets and Tally software.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
