Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager (Operations) is responsible for managing its resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly.

Responsible for regularly evaluating organisational efficiency and making necessary changes to maximise staff productivity.

Adhering to the operating budget, financial goals and objectives with economic and efficient performance

Establishing policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in partnership with hospital management, medical teams and the surrounding community

Managing a team of healthcare professionals

Influencing strategic decisions related to pharmacy functions

Resolving operational issues and analyzes workflow

Vendor Management

Inventory Management

Ensuring deliverable of key metrics, including but not limited to feedback and NPS of end users and clients, relationships with partner providers, optimised transaction costs.

Assessing the needs of the company from a business growth perspective and providing necessary inputs towards scaling up various processes.
