Oversee end-to-end catering operations — from kitchen coordination to last-mile delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of field captains, delivery staff, and on-site supervisors
• Track daily order execution, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure service standards are met
• Implement and improve SOPs for dispatch, setup, hygiene, and post-event feedback
• Conduct field visits to monitor service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction
• Manage warehouse and procurement for inventory and equipment readiness
• Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, and Client Servicing teams for seamless planning
• Monitor KPIs (delivery time, setup accuracy, complaints) and initiate process fixes
• Help drive cost-efficiency and optimize resource allocation
• Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and kitchen staff
