Job Description

oversee end-to-end catering operations — from kitchen coordination to last-mile delivery

• manage and mentor a team of field captains, delivery staff, and on-site supervisors

• track daily order execution, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure service standards are met

• implement and improve sops for dispatch, setup, hygiene, and post-event feedback

• conduct field visits to monitor service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction

• manage warehouse and procurement for inventory and equipment readiness

• coordinate with sales, kitchen, and client servicing teams for seamless planning

• monitor kpis (delivery time, setup accuracy, complaints) and initiate process fixes

• help drive cost-efficiency and optimize resource allocation

• maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and kitchen staff
