About the Role
We are looking for a strong, disciplined, execution-focused Operations Manager who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team productivity, deadlines, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Work Management
Lead a team of 10–25 people across taxation, compliance, and accounts verticals
Assign daily tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability
Conduct morning stand-ups and daily follow-ups
Ensure deadlines are met with zero last-minute chaos
Process & Operations Control
Maintain task boards (Trello/Asana/ClickUp etc.)
Implement SOPs and enforce workflow discipline
Monitor team efficiency and take corrective action
Escalate issues proactively
Client Delivery Oversight
Ensure timely completion of GST, Income Tax, ROC, TDS, and other statutory filings
Coordinate with senior management for priority clients
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality output
People & Performance Management
Maintain team discipline, attendance, and task ownership
Identify inefficiencies and take strict corrective actions
Conduct weekly performance reviews
Build a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate (//MBA preferred)
3–8 years experience in operations, process management, or team leadership
Prior experience in CA or compliance firms is a big plus
