Hiring For B.E Freshers - Operation & Maintenance Engineer

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of solar power systems.

• Monitor system performance and efficiency using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

• Schedule and perform corrective maintenance as required.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other system components.

• Coordinate with technical support teams and manufacturers for advanced troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely resolution of faults and restoration of system functionality.

• Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry standards.

• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and repairs.

• Generate regular reports on system status, performance metrics, and maintenance activities.

• Document and report any incidents or accidents in accordance with company policies.
