Operation Executive

Work Responsibilities:

● Manage the approval of gold loans in coordination with partners using loan management software

● Collect the secure gold pouches from service points on a daily basis & handle it carefully.

● Travel to a partner bank on a daily basis for activation/renewal/closure of loans.

● Ensure the proper valuation of pledged gold is done by bank valuer without damaging the ornaments.

● Responsible for managing day to day challenges in operations of the company.

● Complete the KYC process as per bank requirement

● Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each loan & record is maintained in LMS.

● Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with others

Requirements:

Qualification

● Should have Diploma minimum. Graduate degree is preferred

● 1-2 yrs Experience in the gold loan industry is preferred

● Age should be between 22-30 years

Soft Skills

● Good written & communication skills in Hindi.

● Experience of Microsoft office is preferred.

● Experience of CRM is preferred

● Should be well versed in using mobile applications

Other Requirements

● Personal two wheeler & license is mandatory

● Local candidate from Mumbai suburbs, Thane preferred

● Candidate should be a local resident with his parents or family. Background verification will be done, Job offer is subjected to clearance from DD agency.
