 tracking, follow ups through telephonic calls & direct visits for the collection of renewal premiums from customer.
 verification of new business insurance proposals 
 handing queries from customers, salesperson and agents.
 retention of customers from surrendering / cancelling the policies 
 verification and processing customer / agent servicing requests & claims
 creation of reference leads from walk in customers
 receipting, reconciliation of premiums through cheque / cash /card payments
 coordination with collection agent / bank to deposit of cash / cheque premiums at bank.
 data enrichment and instant adoption-80% of all eligible customer walk-ins
 to ensure process compliance and adherence at the branch
 manage day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline, and
payroll.
 handling branch admin, audits related activities. 
 operational co-ordination with other functional departments
