Operations Executive

To coordinate with Sales Team / agencies for Tour Packages, hotel

booking, airline booking, etc.

ï‚· Knowledge of tourist destinations within India.

ï‚· Making Itineraries and costing for above destinations.

ï‚· Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary documents for tour

packages.

ï‚· Will have to maintain record of hotels and flights.

ï‚· Liaising with sales agents in person, over the phone or via email to

discuss their travel requirements.

ï‚· Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers

ï‚· Develop promotional materials and create customized itineraries

ï‚· Researching destination, maintain updated knowledge of industry trends

and developments in order to remain competitive

ï‚· Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner

ï‚· Meet or exceed organisational goals and objectives

ï‚· Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly work report
