Qualification:- Any Graduate.
Experience:- MIn 1-2yrs work experience as purchase department of a construction company.
Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Conversion Of Requisitions to Purchase order.
2. Create a Purchasing order.
3. Request of Quotations from Suppliers.
4. Revise of purchase orders for price change, Quantity or Delivery Date.
5. PO cancellation.
6. Provide status on purchase order to the operation teams when requested for.
7. Follow up will the suppliers via phone or Email on the status of orders placed.
8. Respond to queries from suppliers and Requestors.
9. Generate metric reports for weekly and monthly dashboard.

3. Proficient with MS office tools.
