## Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

## Key Responsibilities

* Understand manpower requirements from various departments.

* Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

* Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

* Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.

* Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.

* Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and references.

* Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.

* Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.

* Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.

* Ensure timely closure of open positions.

* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Support employee induction and orientation programs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws during recruitment.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.

## Experience

* 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial recruitment is an added advantage.

## Required Skills

* Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

* Familiarity with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
