Responsible for acquiring Corporate and developing business through them. Ensuring
top and bottom-line achievement of numbers and budgets are achieved for the SBU
Drawing the budget and formulate strategies to control acquisition cost
Driving the channel sales and owning the responsibility of its overall performance
including the profitability and achievement of the budget
Assist operational managers in their sales initiatives by bringing in support from the
head office
Work closely with various departments within the company to smoothen operational
procedures to facilitate faster closure of sales related matters.
Should have through knowledge of the market, must be aware of competition practices
and should provide regular feedback to VP / Channel Head for advance planning
Should be well aware of the companys underwriting and operation procedures and all
other aspects required to ensure achievement of desired objectives
Should guide the team on regular basis by providing performance feedback (relevant
for professionals with teams)
Responsible for monthly reviews and analysis with the CEO / Director
