The executive will be responsible for reaching out to patients, doctors & healthcare professionals who visit our platform & submit a requirement (no out-bound cold calling activity). The candidate will be responsible for:
Interacting & developing a strong relationship with the customer by understanding the nature of their requirements
Maximizing the value delivered to the customer by providing them with best & complete information regarding their products and necessary processes to close the deal
Working with other team members to identify the opportunities and executing strategies to increase client base of Mediseller
Maintain the database of all incoming leads, closed clients and refill orders (for assigned category)
