We are currently seeking a Receptionist to answer our telephones, schedule appointments, manage the flow of applicants into our office, and assist with the management of our busy central hiring location.

Palladion Services, LLC is a service company focused on delivering high-end security services and concierge services throughout greater Boston.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering a high-volume of telephone calls

Scheduling in-office employment interviews

First point of contact for all in-office job applicants and visitors

Completing personal and professional reference checks of qualified job applicants

Assisting senior management with office administration and special projects

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Required

Minimum 1 year experience in a professional office setting

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Attention to Detail

High energy and a positive personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, - $60, per year
