Office Manager (Full Time) (Female Candidates Required)

Job Description

— Manage and organize filing systems for CBSE school documentation

— Assist in the preparation and submission of CBSE affiliation applications

— Travel to CBSE schools to support and guide them through the affiliation process

— Record and edit videos using mobile devices for documentation and promotional purposes

— Communicate effectively with school administrators and CBSE officials

— Maintain accurate records and handle data entry related to school affiliations

— Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations as needed

— Support in organising meetings and events related to the CBSE affiliation process

— Perform other administrative tasks as required

— Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)

— Experience with mobile videography and video editing software

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills

— Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

— Ability to travel frequently and work independently

— Prior experience in an office environment, preferably in the education sector
