Office Executive - VISA PROCESSING OFFICE

Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, and assist in collating documents required.

The Visa Executive is expected to consult, prepare and accurately process visa application of clients, the job entails

Regular office work Keep an up to date knowledge of all visa requirements

Coordination with Clients regarding documents regarding Visa Processing.

Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visas & and passport forms.

Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.

Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.

Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.

Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.

Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.

You would have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point and the Internet;
