Office Boy (Male)

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to support daily operations in our Goregaon West office. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the office remains clean and organized. This includes regular cleaning of workspaces, meeting rooms, and the pantry to create a comfortable working environment.

2. **Supplies Management**: Assist in managing office supplies by monitoring stock levels and replenishing items to ensure that the office runs smoothly without interruptions.

3. **Mail and Deliveries**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This includes distributing mail to the appropriate personnel and managing any deliveries to and from the office.

4. **Assisting Staff**: Support office staff with various tasks as needed, such as making photocopies, filing documents, and preparing refreshments for meetings, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need.

5. **Basic Administrative Tasks**: Help with basic administrative duties, which may include data entry and maintaining records, as directed by supervisors.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have at least completed their 12th grade and be eager to learn. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
