Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.

Regularly clean and dust office furniture, equipment, and surfaces.

Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.

Assist in arranging office furniture and maintaining a neat and organised workspace.

Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms for various internal and external meetings.

Provide support during events, workshops, and conferences by arranging seating, refreshments, and materials.

Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities.

Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked after office hours.

SKILLS:

Proven work experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must know and speak KANNADA and English

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
