Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in office tasks such as photocopying documents, delivering files and documents.
• Assist in bank work, couriers dispatch, rent collection, etc.
• Handle all phone and email communication including correspondence with vendors, customers, auditors, etc.
• Assist and co-ordinate with Management on a daily basis
• Do basic internet searches on the information asked by the Management & provide inputs to them
• Enter data into the database via MS Excel
• Maintain office files and registers
• Take care of entire administrative work and maintenance of office
Requirements
• Must have a two wheeler for commute. Additional travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
• Must have basic computer knowledge – must be able to work on MS Word and MS Excel
• Must have passed 10+2
• Languages: Telugu (Must be good); English (Should have basic knowledge, at least)
