key roles & responsibilities
• assist in office tasks such as photocopying documents, delivering files and documents.
• assist in bank work, couriers dispatch, rent collection, etc.
• handle all phone and email communication including correspondence with vendors, customers, auditors, etc.
• assist and co-ordinate with management on a daily basis
• do basic internet searches on the information asked by the management & provide inputs to them
• enter data into the database via ms excel
• maintain office files and registers
• take care of entire administrative work and maintenance of office
requirements
• must have a two wheeler for commute. additional travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
• must have basic computer knowledge – must be able to work on ms word and ms excel
• must have passed 10+2
• languages: telugu (must be good); english (should have basic knowledge, at least)
