Strategic Operations Management:o Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment withorganizational goals.o Ensure seamless execution of business operations across all regions.o Identify operational inefficiencies and establish corrective measures.2. Process Improvement & Optimization:o Standardize workflows and operational processes across regions.o Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to enhanceproductivity and reduce costs.3. Team Leadership & Coordination:o Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team across differentregions.o Foster effective collaboration between regional teams and the central office.o Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members.4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight:o Prepare and manage operational and units development budgets for allregions.o Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency in operations and unitsdevelopment as well with outside vendor.5. Stakeholder Management:o Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients,vendors, and partners, to achieve business objectives.o Ensure clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.6. Compliance & Risk Management:o Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies across regions.o Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:o Set measurable KPIs and track performance across regions.o Provide regular operational reports and insights to the senior leadership team.8.
