o conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members.

4. budgeting & financial oversight:

o prepare and manage operational and units development budgets for all

regions.

o monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency in operations and units

development as well with outside vendor.

5. stakeholder management:

o collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients,

vendors, and partners, to achieve business objectives.

o ensure clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.

6. compliance & risk management:

o ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies across regions.

o proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.

7. performance monitoring & reporting:

o set measurable kpis and track performance across regions.

o provide regular operational reports and insights to the senior leadership team.

8. technology integration:

o leverage technology to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-

making.

o evaluate and implement tools or systems to optimize processes.
