hiring: office administration executive (male)

we are looking for a young and smart office administration executive for our kolkata office (96 beltala road, hazra).

requirements:

age below 30, local kolkata resident

1–2 years of experience in office admin or similar role

should know basic excel, word, and computer operations

must be comfortable handling printing, courier, parcel, and other outdoor office work

ready to travel within and occasionally outside kolkata

basic housekeeping tasks – desk cleaning, tea/coffee, food pickup, assisting seniors

familiar with rapido, ola/uber, porter bookings, etc.

salary: ₹12,000–14,000 per month (travel expenses covered by company)
