We are looking for an experienced Office Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and hold a post-graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Bookkeeping**: You will maintain and update our financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
2. **Financial Reporting**: You will prepare monthly financial statements and reports, helping management understand the financial health of the organization.
3. **Budget Management**: You will assist in creating and monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and providing insights for financial planning.
4. **Invoice Processing**: You will handle the invoicing process, ensuring timely billing and payment collection from clients.
5. **Tax Compliance**: You will prepare and file all necessary tax documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel is required for managing financial data efficiently.
