We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – NRI Sales to manage inbound and outbound NRI sales leads and drive property sales across international markets. The role involves client advisory, relationship management, coordination across internal teams, and delivering a seamless end-to-end sales experience for NRI customers aligned with their investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound NRI sales leads through digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on investment objectives
Communicate project USPs, pricing, payment plans, legal processes, and handover timelines clearly to NRI clients
Coordinate virtual site visits and manage communications across multiple time zones
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
Work closely with CRM, Legal, and Documentation teams for smooth post-sales support
Track sales pipeline, update CRM systems, and submit weekly performance reports to the HOD
Stay updated on real estate market trends and NRI-specific compliance regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to NRI clientele
Proven experience in managing international customers and virtual sales processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior exposure to international real estate exhibitions or NRI campaigns is an added advantage
US Visa holder candidates will be given preference
