key responsibilities
identify, engage, and onboard builders, developers, and real estate marketing firms seeking nri customers.
pitch sulekha��s digital advertising, nri lead-generation, and brand promotion packages.
develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers (sales heads, marketing directors, promoters, etc.).
customize advertising and marketing solutions to suit builder objectives and budgets.
collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
desired candidate profile
experience: 3-7 years in real estate sales, channel development, or builder marketing.
network: established relationships with builders, developers, or real estate agents.
proven ability to pitch and close b2b sales deals.
strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of working independently.
prior experience selling advertising, digital marketing, or nri-facing services will be an advantage.
compensation structure
fixed pay: 20% of total compensation (base salary).
variable incentives: 80% of compensation, directly linked to sales performance.
