Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to develop new sheet metal home appliance products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project goals.

Lead the design and development process, including creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications for sheet metal components and assemblies for home appliances.

Conduct design reviews to identify and address potential issues related to manufacturability, cost, and quality, utilizing DFM principles specific to home appliances.

Perform feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection to optimize design concepts for efficient sheet metal manufacturing of home appliance products.

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and procure sheet metal materials, components, and tooling, ensuring quality and timely delivery for home appliance manufacturing.

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to key milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
