NPD Engineer who have knowledge of AutoCAD, solid work, 2D, 3D, design

Having good knowledge of NX software, Costing for sheet/weld assy. Also tooling knowledge Experience the SHEET METAL PRESS SHOP AUTOMOBILES knowledge of NX software DOCUMENTATION*

Register RFQ and to check feasibility with existing facilities & confirm it to customer with technical clarification sheet. Responsible for planning and developing new product as per customer requirement.Preparing documents such as CP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW & submission to customers as per Requirements.Inspect Parts Using Various Instruments(Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Bevel Angle Protector, Micrometer, Point Micrometer, Profile Projector, Plating Thickness Tester, UTM etc)Responsible for making APQP,PPAP Documents.Responsible for controlling all the Drawings & Documents related to Design & Development.Responsible for Preparing Tools, Gauge & Fixtures Design as per Manufacturing feasibility.Responsible for making improvements after audit as per development procedure.Implementation of E.C.N's during/after part development if any.
