NPD Engineer (4-8 Years)

We are currently looking for a NPD Design Engineer for our fastener manufacturing

operations. Please find the detailed job description below:

Position: NPD Design Engineer

Experience:

Minimum 48 years of experience in fasteners manufacturing, preferably in screws,

bolts, and forging products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new fastener products as per customer drawings and specifications.

Design and modify screws, bolts, and other fastener components.

Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Coordinate with production, tool room, and quality departments for new product

development.

Analyze product feasibility, tooling requirements, and manufacturing processes.

Support sample development, prototyping, and product validation.

Maintain technical documentation related to NPD projects.

Ensure product design meets customer requirements and industry standards.

Strong knowledge of fasteners products (screws, bolts, nuts).

Understanding of forging and cold forming processes.

Hands-on experience in AutoCAD / design software.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills
