Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the MLM compensation plan.

Recruitment: Actively recruit new network marketers to expand your team and the company's reach. Identify potential leaders and support them in building their own teams.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and events to drive product sales and team growth.

Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, addressing their concerns, providing feedback, and offering guidance to ensure their success.

Performance Analysis: Analyze team performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address any challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to the company's policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements related to network marketing.
