Handle RFQ, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and internal SOPs. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for commercial insurance portfolios.2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between Insure Insight, insurance companies and clients. Coordinate with insurers for policy negotiations, clarifications, claim intimation, and resolution. Support client servicing teams in addressing policy-related queries and ensuring smooth communication.3. General Insurance Operations: Oversee backend operations across motor, health, personal accident, and travel insurance lines. Monitor issuance of retail policies, endorsements, and renewals in line with client requirements. Ensure high standards of customer experience by minimizing delays and errors in policy servicing.4. Process Excellence & Compliance: Implement and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, underwriting practices, and regulatory changes. Drive adherence to compliance requirements, data accuracy, and audit readiness.5.
