Working hrs: 12hrs shift wise

Qualification : CIPET / D. injection molding / ITI

Job Responsibilities:

1) Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes

2) Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met

3) Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks. Also ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goals

4) Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times of

Inspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications.

5) Resolve quality issues & inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department
