Moulding EngineerExp: 3-4yearsWorking hrs: 12hrs shift wiseQualification : CIPET / D. injection molding / ITIJob Responsibilities:1) Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes2) Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met3) Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks. Also ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goals4) Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times ofInspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications.5) Resolve quality issues & inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department

Design the moulds or tooling for manufacturing processes such as plastic injection moulding, metal casting, metal stamping, amongst many others. Put simply, a moulding engineer designs tooling to translate design concepts into physical products.
