Kherwadi Social Welfare Association is expanding its YuvaParivartan (IRDP) initiative to empower rural communities through skilling, entrepreneurship, and livestock development. We're looking for passionate Mobiliser cum Trainers to join our mission!

Role Highlights:

Mobilise youth and community members for training programs

Conduct skill development sessions in trades like livestock, agriculture, or entrepreneurship

Ensure active participation and follow-up for livelihood outcomes

🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum: BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)/

Preferred: MSW (Master of Social Work)

Graduation Can be apply

🎯 Ideal Candidates:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Must own a bike and Android smartphone

Local language proficiency is a plus
