Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Officer

Department: Management Information Systems / Operations

Location: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Reports To: Operations Manager / Department Head

Job Purpose:

To manage, maintain, and analyze data systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting that supports strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

lop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

yze data to provide actionable insights and identify performance trends.

mate reporting processes using Excel macros, SQL, Power BI, or other tools.

re accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reports and dashboards.

dinate with departments (sales, finance, operations, HR) to gather data and understand reporting needs.

gn and maintain dashboards for senior management.

rate ad-hoc reports as requested by management or business teams.

ge data entry, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality.

tify gaps and suggest improvements in existing MIS processes.

Key Requirements:

@ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

@ 1 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.

Preferred Skills:

#Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

#Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM platforms.

#Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
