Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM Consultant- client side
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service & Sales modules to align with business processes and requirements.
• Develop and document functional design specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BFSI experience is preferred
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development roles, with a strong background in CRM implementation and support
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, functionalities, and customization & integration capabilities
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (., Dynamics 365 certifications) are preferred
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc, server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies
• Java scripting frameworks like , , , JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
• Developing REST APIs Integration experience with external systems through REST API’s. Both with and without middleware.
• Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application
• Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
• Working knowledge of Power apps, Power pages, Power Automate, PowerBI preferred
• Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
