responsible for conduct milk tests and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials and other milk & milk products in line with hfil quality standards and effective implementation of fsms guidelines.

responsible for: -
1. conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk products.
2. conduct microbiological analysis of milk & milk products, raw and packing materials.
3. propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements.
4. monitoring culture requirements and indent.
5. implementation of sop’s & adherence of iso norms and documentation.
6. regular inspecting plant hygiene and maintain cleanliness of plant & equipments.
7. continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of quality standards / practices.
8. identify & enhance the skill levels of quality staff.
9. monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
