JOB SUMMARYResponsible for conduct milk tests and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials and other Milk & Milk Products in line with HFIL quality standards and effective implementation of FSMS guidelines.KEY RESULT AREASResponsible for: -1. Conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk Products.2. Conduct microbiological analysis of Milk & Milk Products, raw and packing materials. 3. Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements. 4. Monitoring Culture requirements and Indent.5. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence of ISO Norms and documentation.6. Regular Inspecting Plant Hygiene and maintain Cleanliness of Plant & Equipments. 7. Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.8. Identify & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff. 9. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
