We are looking for an experienced and proactive MICE Operations Manager to support the execution of corporate travel and events, manage pre- and post-event documentation, coordinate with vendors, and ensure financial and operational goals are achieved. The MICE Operations Manager plays a key role in maintaining timelines, budgets,
and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Reverts:
Respond promptly to client servicing or sales queries as per committed timelines to ensure smooth coordination
and trust.
Documentation Accuracy:
Maintain 100% accuracy in all travel and event-related documents, including tickets, itineraries, rooming lists, and visa forms, ensuring zero rework or client escalations.
Follow Checklist:
Ensure 95% of the pre-event checklist is completed at least one day prior to the event, covering all operational essentials.
Client Satisfaction:
Capture video feedback from at least 50% of group participants, secure 30% Google reviews, and obtain at least one formal feedback on company letterhead per major event.
Weekly Review Meeting :
Lead and participate in weekly review meetings to present project updates, operational challenges, closure status, and process improvements in a timely and structured manner.
