bath products to medical professionals and retail outlets. This role requires excellent

� Key Responsibilities
Promote and Educate
- Present and promote Company products to doctors, dermatologists, pediatricians,
pharmacies, and medical stores.
- Deliver product samples and information, highlighting benefits, usage, and safety.
- Persuade doctors to prescribe Company products through effective selling and cost-benefit
analysis.
Build Relationships and Engage Clients
- Establish and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals and retail
partners.
- Convert leads into clients through meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Market Knowledge and Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute impactful brand strategies.
Achieve Sales Targets
- Plan and manage schedules to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and events to stay aligned with company objectives.
Collect Feedback and Improve
- Gather client feedback to help refine products and marketing approaches.
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products.
Administrative and Budget Management
- Manage budgets for events, catering, and hospitality to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly to the management team.
Collaborate and Analyze
- Work closely with medical staff, healthcare providers, and the sales manager.
- Analyze competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
Who You Are
- Proven minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Representative, Sales
Representative, or similar role in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
