Looking For Medical Sales Representative (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Varanasi, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in medical sales and a strong educational background. This role primarily requires building relationships with healthcare professionals to promote our medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Actively engage with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote and educate them about our products, ensuring they understand their benefits and applications.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors and customer needs, adjusting sales tactics accordingly to remain competitive in the market.

- Reporting & Administration: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, ensuring accurate reporting to management.

- Product Training: Provide training and support to clients regarding the proper use and benefits of our products, ensuring their confidence and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. A proactive and self-motivated attitude is essential for achieving sales targets. Proficiency in basic computer applications is required for reporting and documentation. A graduate degree is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work from the office in Varanasi. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
