Medical Representative - Hajipur

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Marketing Representative to promote our healthcare products and services, build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and generate business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions as per the assigned daily tour plan.

- Promote the company's healthcare products and services to doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and relevant information to healthcare professionals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.

- Generate prescriptions and sales opportunities through regular doctor visits.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.

- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Prepare daily visit reports, monthly sales reports, and other required documentation.

- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure effective territory management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a science or pharmacy background will be preferred.

- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical representative roles.

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Basic knowledge of healthcare products and the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
