Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience and should have completed at least a 12th-grade education. This is a full-time position and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Promote Products**: Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to promote and explain our medical products, ensuring they understand the benefits and usage.

2. **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to enhance company visibility and increase sales.

3. **Provide Information**: Attend to inquiries from healthcare professionals about our products, offering comprehensive information to aid their decision-making.

4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of visits, communication, and sales, enabling the team to track progress and strategies.

5. **Market Research**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth and improvement in sales techniques.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. A knack for sales and the ability to understand and convey complex medical information are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Basic knowledge of the medical industry will be an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
