Role Overview:

The Healthcare Panel Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding doctors onto the healthcare panel through membership acquisition. The role involves regular interaction with medical professionals, relationship building and achieving acquisition targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and approach doctors, medical professionals or medical research associates to introduced the panel membership incentive based reward program.

Explain membership benefits, services and value proposition of the membership program.

Onboard them onto the healthcare panel under membership program and ensure proper documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly membership acquisition targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and activation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare, Management or Life Sciences.

35 years of experience in healthcare sales, doctor engagement, or panel acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact confidently with doctors and medical staff.

Target-driven with a strong business orientation.

Willingness to travel locally for doctor meetings.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in healthcare panel management, hospital relations or doctor onboarding.

Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and doctor networks.
