sr. ar caller - more than 12 months of any international bpo experience

requirement good communication skills: fluency, grammar & neutral accent (b28 – b28 high)

basic computer knowledge required

education: hsc / graduate fresher (/bms/plain /ba)

shift timings :5:30pm - 2:30am / 6:30pm - 3:30am / 8:30pm - 5:30am

location boundaries : airoli/ sion / kalyan / panvel (no western line candidates for airoli location)

salary range:

ar trainee: 10,800 during training & 12,800 post training (net)

ar associate: 12,000 - 17,000 (net)

sr ar caller : 15,000 - 22,000(net)

weekly off saturday & sunday fixed off

age between 18 years to 40 years

work description blended process 70% voice & 30% non-voice

rounds of interview :hr & (communication skill test)

operations: (process knowledge, age, stability, communication skills, compensation)

documents :educational + identity proof + residential proof + offer letter + salary proof (bank statement/pay slip)
