Mechanical Supervisor (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the mechanical team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. This includes delegating tasks, setting goals, and monitoring progress.

2. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and prevent downtime.

3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement mechanical design plans for new projects or upgrades. Ensure all designs meet quality and safety standards.

4. Train and mentor team members on best practices for mechanical maintenance, production, and quality engineering. Provide guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

5. Monitor inventory levels of mechanical parts and equipment, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies for ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Solid technical knowledge in mechanical design, quality engineering, and maintenance practices.

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical for creating and modifying design plans.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

4. Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

5. . or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

6. Must be a male candidate based in the United Arab Emirates, available for full-time office work.
