Opening For Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.

- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are in good working condition to prevent breakdowns and production delays.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.

- Identify the root cause of mechanical problems and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems.

- Create maintenance plans to proactively address potential issues and ensure optimal operation of equipment.

4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or part replacements.

- Work with external parties to acquire necessary resources and expertise for complex mechanical repairs.

5. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

- Document all maintenance tasks and outcomes to track equipment history and performance trends.

Required skills and expectations:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 3-9 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work in a male-dominated work environment.
