Plastic Injection Molding Knowledge Exp 10 to 15 Yrs salary range 9 to 11 LPA location chakan, Pune handling all type of quality issues audit customer supplier customer visit. Audit face etc. Plant and execute internal audits, Supplier audits and MIS compliances audits manage clients complaints etc.

Key responsibilities:1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are in good working condition to prevent breakdowns and production delays.2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.- Identify the root cause of mechanical problems and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems.- Create maintenance plans to proactively address potential issues and ensure optimal operation of equipment.4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or part replacements.- Work with external parties to acquire necessary resources and expertise for complex mechanical repairs.5. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.- Document all maintenance tasks and outcomes to track equipment history and performance trends.Required skills and expectations:- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- 3-9 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to work in a male-dominated work environment.
