Key Responsibilities :-

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and plant machinery

Ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime

Develop and adhere to maintenance schedules and checklists

Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage

Coordinate with production teams to plan and execute maintenance activities

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, and statutory regulations

Supervise technicians and maintenance staff during repair and shutdown activities

Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement as required

Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery

Analyze equipment failures and recommend improvements or modifications

Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of equipment

Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for audits and management review

Ideal Candidate Profile :-

Experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of safety, compliance, and maintenance best practices

Ability to work in multi-cultural and international work environments

Willingness to relocate and work overseas
