We are manufacturers of mechanical spares/products for Power Plant, Steel Plants etc. Looking for candidate who is well versed with mechanical drawings, AutoCAD understanding and manufacturing items as per drawings and can inspect materials using various measuring instruments like vernier calliper, bore dial, inside and outside micrometre, height gauge, tooth vernier etc.

The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment in Bardhaman, India. The ideal candidate should have a doctorate or PhD in mechanical engineering, 4-6 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The role requires a male candidate who can work full-time from the office.

The Mechanical Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree, 5-7 years of experience in a production environment, and strong problem-solving skills. Perform mechanical assembly and fitting of industrial machinery and automation equipment according to design specifications. Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, CAD schematics, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly and alignment. Carry out retrofitting and refurbishment of existing machines and systems, including disassembly, inspection, and part replacement. Align and calibrate components with precision tools (dial gauges, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.). Work with CNC machines, turning centers, and custom automation setups, ensuring proper integration of mechanical subassemblies. Collaborate with electrical and control teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflows. Conduct functional testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch checks of mechanical systems.Follow strict safety and quality control procedures during all stages of assembly and maintenance. Maintain clean, organized, and tool-ready workstations. Provide on-site support (if needed) for installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations.
